Laying the groundwork for your tender.

When we have secured your booking, you may have some time to prepare some documentation, or depending on deadlines it might be GO-GO-GO. We will be in touch to collect all information. But in the meantime here are a few important things to think about before we start:

  • If working on a tender together: have past tenders from similar projects, clients, price values or recent tenders ready

  • Logos, fonts, high resolution imagery that you have of both projects and casual people shots (like the one to the right!)

  • Start researching any competitors on the project and don’t forget to check for any site visits!

  • Start to collect CV’s and Project Data Sheets that will be relevant for this tender/capability statement
